• —Prices are stated in RON and include VAT; the final price depends on the consultation (length/volume, technique, products).
• —Payment: cash or the electronic methods available at the salon.
• —Promotions have specific periods and conditions; we reserve the right to request a deposit for complex services.

• —Valid until the date indicated; not redeemable for cash.
• —No-shows may result in partial/full charging according to the communicated policy.

Services for persons under 18 are carried out with the consent of the parent/guardian; certain procedures may be refused.

• —Inform the stylist about allergies, sensitivities or previous treatments.
• —For coloring services we recommend a skin (allergy) test at least 48 hours in advance, in line with the dye manufacturer's instructions.
• —Results vary depending on the hair's history; we provide realistic recommendations.
• —Complaints: contact us within max. 48h; we can propose reasonable adjustments.
